Yours in five minutes. No app, no subscription.

STEP 01Copy

Your purchase email has a link. Click it and Google puts a private copy of the Fleet Log in your Drive. Nobody else can see it, including us.

STEP 02Set up once

Run the built-in setup. It builds your phone form, connects Google Maps for mileage and adds the menu. The Quick Start walks you through Google's one-time permission screen.

STEP 03Log from the cab

Scan the QR code, add the form to your home screen, and log trips, expenses and fuel with one tap. The dashboard updates itself.

Straight answers

Do I need Excel?

No. It runs in Google Sheets, a browser on the laptop and the free Sheets app on the phone.

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment. Updates to this version are free, you just click your copy link again.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. The sheet, the form and the script all live inside your own Google account. We never see your loads, your rates or your addresses.

What is the "unverified app" screen during setup?

Google shows it for any script that is not listed in their marketplace. This one is a script inside your own copy of the spreadsheet. Click Advanced, then "Go to WTLogistics Fleet Log", then Allow. Once.

Hot shot or Class 8?

Both. Pick a profile on the Settings tab and every default switches with it.

Is this tax advice?

No. The deduction percentages and the per diem rate are defaults you should confirm with your preparer. The tax packet is built to hand to them.
